The Preppy Princess Shipping Policy
You can trust that
your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship
products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of
your choice.
- Our preferred carriers are United States Postal Service,
United Parcel Service and Federal Express.
- Shipping charges are determined by the destination, weight and size of the items you are purchasing, excluding applicable sales tax.
- If your delivery address is in a multi-unit building (office building, apartment, condominium, townhome) please consider requesting "signature required" delivery. Once a package is shown as "delivered" by the carrier we consider the order to be delivered and our obligation to have been met. We have had instances of packages being delivered that did not require a signature and they disappeared. If you would like to add this level of service just let us know by following up your order with an email to ThePrincess@PreppyPrincess.com We will absorb the additional expense for this service.
- When you place an order we
will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your
item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
- We do ship internationally and
those rates will vary depending upon destination. We ask that you send
us a note from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss
international ordering options.
